Return & Exchange Policy

At Lomira, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth experience.

🔁 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges  
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The outer protective wrapping must not be damaged.
- Sample vials included in the original package must be returned (unless kept as an exchange fee – see below).

📦 Returns Within the United Kingdom  
For domestic orders within the UK:
- A *£5 return fee** will be deducted to cover shipping and handling.
- As an alternative, customers may **keep the sample vial included with the perfume**, in which case the £5 return fee is waived. The rest of the product must still be returned unopened and in resellable condition.

🌍 International Returns  
For orders outside the United Kingdom:
- Customers are responsible for **both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
- Lomira does not cover customs duties or taxes that may apply to international returns.

🔄 Exchanges  
If you'd like to exchange your item for another scent or product, please contact us with your request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items  
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used perfumes or opened packages.
- Final sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
- Returns requested after 14 days of delivery.

💰 Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
